Please be sure to provide the required space needed for the unit you reserve, and that it is not located within 5 feet of any fixed structure.  Do not water your yard the
day of the event. Be sure to check that the area is free of branches, large rocks, pet waste and overhead wires or trees. We will use 12"-16" yard stakes to secure your
bouncer so be sure that sprinkler and/or electric lines do not run along perimeter of set-up area. ChicagoMoonWalks is not responsible for any damage when stakes
are used (if you choose sand bags can be used instead-just be sure to mention this when reserving your bouncer).  Bouncers can be set up on asphalt, grass, pretty
much anywhere that is relatively level.  Ideal setup is grass. Other surfaces can be used, such as concrete but may require additional preparation and padding fee. We
will not set up water slides in areas that are mostly dirt.  We do not setup on dirt or gravel.

DELIVERY:
We will be there in enough time prior to have your bouncer set up before your event begins. However, if you have not made sure that all preparations listed above
are in order, this may delay your setup.i.e. If rocks or pet waste need to be picked up, or we have to trouble shoot no power to outlets.  If you are not present upon
delivery, or balance of payment is not made, the driver might leave to complete his route and
if possible  can return later for a small fee.  There will be a fee
assessed as well for waiting for your arrival if you are not present at time of delivery, this fee will be due along with your balance prior to setup.

DEPOSITS:
We require a $50 deposit to reserve a bouncer for your event. This amount will be subtracted from your total balance due upon delivery. For orders $250 or more a
25% deposit is required.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you have to cancel please call as soon as possible and at least 14 days before your event. Your deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied toward a new date
one time,  if you call 14 days before your event.  Certificates and permits are not refundable and cannot be applied to another date.  If less than 14 days before your
event, you were to cancel for any reason not related to rain (over 50%) you would lose your deposit, and cannot apply it to a different date.

WEATHER:
If there is a possibility of rain, or wind in excess of 20-25 miles per hour on the day of your event, you have the option to reschedule the day before your event. Once
your unit is delivered (drivers at your door) you are responsible for the full amount due regardless of weather changes. If Cancellation is due to rain, the day before

Certain weather requirements MUST be met in order to set up any inflatable.  Chicago Moonwalks reserves the right to cancel if your event is outdoor and the
temperature is below 50 F. We will call you the day prior or the morning of the event  to discuss options you have such as; cancelling your event, moving event to
indoor location, or rescheduling( If given approval, we are able to hold the deposit for an event up to 1 year after cancelled event). If the winds exceed 15-25 mph

Policies

Emergencies can arise for various reasons. The following are a few examples of emergencies and how they should be handled. This is strictly a guide. Please use
common sense when an emergency occurs.  Loss of Electrical Power: When a loss of power occurs, the inflatable will slowly start to deflate.

Remain Calm! You will have sufficient time to help the riders to quickly and safely exit the ride.  This situation tends to cause panic . . . unless the operator stays
calm and relaxed. Talk calmly to those inside telling them not to panic while you are helping them walk out.

Check to see if the blowers have come unplugged or the cords are unplugged from the outlet If so, plug them back in and the ride will re-inflate. Do not leave the
ride unattended to check on any problem. Empty the ride and then address the issue.

If the bounce house deflates and entrance is not found, please advice the children not to panic, to find the square on the roof, push it out and exit the bounce house.

Weather: Bad weather can arrive in the form of rain, lightning or strong wind. In each case, you want to evacuate the ride as quickly and safely as possible.

Remain Calm! If you panic, your riders may also panic. Stay calm and stay focused on your job, which is to help your riders exit the ride quickly, but in an orderly
fashion. After everyone has exited the ride, deflate the ride by turning off the blower and moving them to a dry location.

Damage: If the ride becomes damaged while in your operation, take the following steps:  If the ride ripped or otherwise begins to lose air, assist all riders from the
ride and deflate it.  Write down what happened, when, and any other details you observed and turn this report in to ChicagoMoonWalks.

Should the bounce house deflate, or if you experienced any other problems with the equipment, please call or page the ChicagoMoonWalks representative at the
following phone 312-330-0925 before allowing or engaging in further use of the bounce house.

Do not leave the ride unattended!
Should the Inflatable begin to deflate or any other emergencies

Your Childs safety is our utmost concern.  All of our staff are parents ourselves so we understand the worry you have when it comes to your children.  Please feel free
to read through some safety information we have for you.

Safety first:  Adult supervision is required at all times when children are in the jumpers.  Our staff will make sure that the customer will have a thorough
understanding of all safety precautions for our inflatables before use.  All of our jumpers are pretty big, so make sure to have a good flat surface prior to delivery.
Please do not move the equipment once it is set up.

All of our equipment is the best there is.  Our inflatable jumpers are made with the highest quality material and are extremely durable.  You will feel comfortable
with the quality and durability of our products.

The bounce house or jumper should not be operated if winds exceed 20 miles per hour or in rain or lightning conditions.  In each case you want to evacuate the ride
as quickly and as safely as possible.  Once everyone has exited the ride, deflate the jumper by turning off the blower.  Once the inflatable is completely deflated it
should be folded over once to protect the interior from the weather.

Remain calm, you will have ample time to help your jumpers safely exit the ride. If a loss of electrical power occurs the inflatable will slowly start to deflate.  Once
everyone is out of the jumper check to see if the blower was turned off or if one of the cords has come unplugged.  If so, fix the problem and the jumper will begin to
re-inflate.

If the ride becomes damaged while in operation, take the following steps.  Assist the riders from the jumper and deflate it.  Contact ChicagoMoonWalks immediately,
and do not attempt to continue to operate the inflatable.

When safety measures are taken, everyone can enjoy our bounce houses!  If you have any further questions please feel free to call ChicagoMoonWalks at
(312)330-0925.
